Clear terms for quotes, artwork approval, production and delivery.
Orders and quotes
All requests submitted through this website are enquiries, not completed purchases. No payment is processed on this site. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the quote, artwork and delivery details with you in writing by email.
Artwork approval
We supply a proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, you accept the wording, spelling, Scripture reference, sizing and colours shown. Screen colours may vary slightly from printed results.
Intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use any artwork, logo or text you supply. We do not reproduce third-party logos, characters or artwork. Our own designs, including the Romans 8:16 seal, remain our property.
Personalised items
Custom and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly produced. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem.
