When you submit a custom order or quote request we collect your name, email address, delivery location, product details and any artwork or wording you provide.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare artwork and quotes, produce and deliver your order, and keep you updated on its progress. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the delivery and production partners required to complete your order.
Artwork you supply
Files you upload are used only for your order. You confirm that you have the right to reproduce any artwork, logo or text you send us.
Access and removal
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing naps2775@proton.me.
